State-enterprises’ disbursement of investment budget surged 47 per cent year-on-year to Bt21.11 billion in January due to acceleration of mega projects including Mass Rapid Transit Authority of Thailand (MRTA)’s MRT projects - Orange and Green Lines and Thai Airways International Plc’s aircraft procurement, said Ekniti Nitithanprapas, director-general of State Enterprise Policy Office (Sepo).
